Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the role you select (buyer or seller). This information is stored securely via our authentication provider, Supabase.
Property Listing Data. If you list a property, we collect the property address, borough, BBL (borough-block-lot), asking price, financing terms (interest rate, down payment, amortization period), and details about any existing mortgage you choose to disclose.
Payment Information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Usage Data. We automatically collect basic usage information such as pages visited, search queries, properties viewed, and interactions with the map. This helps us improve the platform.
Public Property Records. We display publicly available NYC property data sourced from PLUTO, ACRIS, DOF, and other city databases. This is public information and is not collected from you.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
